Overview

To get started with HigherLogic, you must request HigherLogic to enable SystemAPI endpoints for you and provide OIDC credentials so that FUSE can access the HigherLogic APIs, including Communities and SystemAPI. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to accomplish both of these tasks.

How to request HigherLogic Support to enable FUSE SystemAPI Endpoints

  1. Write an email to support@higherlogic.com with the subject "Enable FUSE System API for <organization_name>" and Replace organization name with your organization's acronym or name and copy support@fusenext.io so that FUSE can step in and help if needed and get notifications when the set up is complete.
  2. In the body of the message, ask HigherLogic Support Team to enable FUSE SystemAPI Endpoints.
  3. While we wait for HL to set up everything for us on their side, you may move forward with the next steps for setting up OIDC Client.
If needed for any reason, FUSE can do this process on your behalf, just let us know and we'll send HigherLogic an email requesting access to the API with you copiend on it.
